Your content is yours. Each organization's data is isolated in its own workspace, encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data, and we do not use one organization's private content to serve another.
We apply role-based access controls, audit logging, and least-privilege practices across our infrastructure. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel for support and maintenance only.
Matching and drafting are performed by AI models running on our secured cloud infrastructure. Generated drafts are suggestions and should always be reviewed by your team before submission. You remain responsible for the accuracy of any application you submit.
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as cloud hosting and analytics), under contracts that require them to protect it, and where required by law.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
