Fundari provides AI-assisted funder matching, proposal drafting, and reporting-deadline tracking. Features may change as the product evolves, particularly during the beta period.
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate details and are responsible for the content your organization uploads.
Review before you submit. Drafts and recommendations are generated by AI and provided as a starting point. Fundari does not guarantee funding outcomes, and you are responsible for verifying accuracy, eligibility, and compliance before submitting any application.
Beta access may be provided free of charge. Paid plans, when introduced, will be described at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain ownership of the content you upload and the applications you create. Fundari retains all rights to the platform, software, and models. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
The service is provided “as is” during beta. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that use of Fundari will result in grant awards.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fundari Labs Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
